Terms of Service

By accessing or using LESHA AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including workspace owners, team members, and guests.

LESHA AI provides an AI-powered voice and chat receptionist platform for beauty and wellness businesses. The Service includes automated call handling, appointment booking, knowledge base management, conversation history, and integrations with third-party tools such as Google Calendar and Twilio.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (knowledge base documents, scripts, business information). By uploading content, you grant LESHA AI a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws.

The Service uses AI to generate responses on behalf of your business. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.
• You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your AI receptionist appropriately.
• LESHA AI is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google Calendar, Twilio, Hume AI, etc.). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third parties' terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

The LESHA AI name, logo, platform, and all associated software are the exclusive property of LESHA AI and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks or branding.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LESHA AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LESHA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold LESHA AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
